It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. Owners Comment
The configuration and fit out of Aurelie allow for extended shorthanded cruising with easy to handle and flexible sail options. The lifting keel allows access to deserted beaches and reefs. Plentiful supplies of electricity, clean water and fuel together with systems engineered for reliability mean that sailing in remoter areas is easier and more comfortable. Overall Aurelie delivered what we expected both as a couple sailing longer distances and for our family holidays with grandchildren.
