No proof of VAT payment in terms of an invoice, being built in the EU prior to 1985 and in private use on the critical date in the EU owner considers her to be vat/tva exempt. Is trying to find evidence of receipt/bill going back to 1992/1993. On the Date 31.12.1992 vessel was berthed in the Harbour Hanibal in Trieste.
