The condition or level of safety equipment on board is not to be negotiated on following survey. It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. We strongly suggest that for your own personal safety that when purchasing a yacht you provide new safety equipment rather than relying on second hand gear.

Should you become the new owner of this yacht then the responsibility to re-register or update official bodies for items such as EPIRB, VHF, MMSI or AIS becomes yours.

Owners Comments

L’Auréline is a wonderfully safe, strong cruising boat that can be handled entirely from the cockpit even in the worst weathers. We have upgraded and/or renewed most of the main items on the vessel and have spent the last 6 years in the Mediterranean cruising mostly around the Greek Islands and Turkey, including the Black Sea. Included in the sale will be all the on-board small equipment such as kitchen tools, pots/pans, crockery and cutlery, all linen and towels etc. Technically there are a number of spares and enough tools etc to continue full upkeep on the machinery. Cruising Pilots for Greece and Turkey will be left on board along with some other cruising books.

We are confident that the new owners of L’Auréline will find her to be an absolute pleasure to own and she will continue to impress other owners and visitors. She is fully equipped and ready to go!
