ABYA training day on the ‘Responsibilities of a Yacht Broker’ another very well attended event at Southampton Football Stadium which covered a multitude of current topics from Yacht Finance, Title Documents as well as linking to GDPR by Chris Garner Director of General Yachting & Leisure Finance Societe General, Russell Kelly from LA Marine Solicitors and Sarah Morgan manager of the UK Ships Registry.

The afternoon saw a very detailed presentation from Ian Lardner head of MCA Marine Technology on the impact the new IPV code will have on the industry when moving pleasure yachts for commercial use. See Ians’ Video below.
