Owner notes - November 2020:

The engine hour meters are reading: 5553.2 on Port engine and 6545.5 on Starboard engine. The Mercedes (Starboard) engine was on the boat when the boat was built in 1977. The MAN was put on as new 20 years later.

I usually run both engines at 1800 rpm and get 6 knots, at 2000 + rpm you would get 7 knots. You get about 4 knots from one engine and I do not think you save on fuel.

The engines and generator are due a service this winter (2020) which I will do when I get back from the UK.

She has one fully battened main sail only and a lazy bag, not sure of the size. 
A heavily constructed wooden boat built for fishing, (Caique Hull) weighing 62 tonnes out of the water.
She would need a lot of wind going in the right direction to help her along.
So she is not the type of boat you want if you want to do a lot of good sailing.
The sail is in very good condition as it does not get used very much and is stored when the boat is not on charter.
