We strongly suggest that for your own personal safety that when purchasing a yacht you provide new safety equipment rather than relying on second hand gear.

Should you become the new owner of this yacht then the responsibility to re-register or update official bodies for items such as EPIRB, VHF, MMSI or AIS becomes yours.

Construction Additional Build Notes

Krogen Build:

The information we have been provided with (not verified nor vouched for by W&S) is that;

“this yacht was built in the yard and by the boatbuilders that Krogen collaborated with and used as their subcontractors to build their 42 model motor vessels.

However, the build date of this vessel indicates it was completed after the time when Krogen had ceased their collaboration with that yard. The vessel was constructed to the design and plans of the Krogen 42 and shares the same beam but was built with greater LOA – more in line with the Krogen 48. It also has twin engines  installed for greater safety and versatility. Further, it has hydraulic stabilisers fitted which prove very effective in ensuring greater comfort whilst afloat whether anchored, moored, or underway.”
