The condition or level of safety equipment on board is not to be negotiated on following survey. It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. We strongly suggest that for your own personal safety that when purchasing a yacht you provide new safety equipment rather than relying on second hand gear.

Should you become the new owner of this yacht then the responsibility to re-register or update official bodies for items such as EPIRB, VHF, MMSI or AIS becomes yours.

Owners Comments

Extremely well set up and ready for Med sailing and beyond. She is very easily handled by a cruising couple.

Launched at the end of 2008. Prior to the current ownership there were two previous owners who are understood to have cruised her lightly on the south coast of the UK and in northern France including Brittany.

The current owners purchased in July 2015 to enable an extended period of cruising. They initially berthed her in Chichester marina until April 2017. During this time she cruised the Solent, the Channel Islands and the nearby French coast.

From April 2017, utilising her swing keel and shallow draught she cruised through the French canals to the Mediterranean coast of France and on to Corsica and Sardinia for a period of 6 months. She wintered ashore in Sardinia.

In 2018 she sailed around Sardinia, to Sicily, across the foot of Italy to the Ionian in Greece. Her lifting keel means she can arrive in crowded anchorages and always find space.

In 2019, due to the need to care for elderly parents she was berthed in Preveza marina to enable shorter cruises in the Ionian and the ability for the owners to spend time in the UK. The continued caring commitments plus work commitments have led the owners to regrettably put her up for sale as they will not be able to make full use of her over the next few years.
