(Water tanks are empty other than enough with small amount of chemicals in that gave enough to run through all plumbing. Seller would suggest flushing & adding water to main tanks to test run water pump and make sure one of these tanks is open ! taps are behind corner cushion in front of galley in salon - see main manual of all schedules)

It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. Purchased by the current British owners in Croatia 2009. Cruised Croatia, Turkey and Greece with Greece being her main base. She was last afloat and in full commission Sept 2021, currently ashore.
