The condition or level of safety equipment on board is not to be negotiated on following survey. It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. We strongly suggest that for your own personal safety that when purchasing a yacht you provide new safety equipment rather than relying on second hand gear.

Should you become the new owner of this yacht then the responsibility to re-register or update official bodies for items such as EPIRB, VHF, MMSI or AIS becomes yours.

In second private ownership. First owners cruised during summers in the Balearics. Current owners purchased in Spain 2019, sailing to Sicily (Marina di Ragusa) for one season then on to Ionian Islands, Greece.

Following purchase in 2019 the current owners have invested heavily in equipment and upgrades to fully equip this yacht with pretty much absolutely everything required for long term liveaboard cruising.

Invoices totaling in excess of €50,000 are available on completion a sale as part of the yachts history as well as digital links to an impressive owners manual detailing the full working of the yacht.

After seeing over 260 boats built in three years, the Lagoon 400 (launched in 2009) has found a new lease of life through Nauta Design's work on the boat's interior fittings. Suggestions received from owners have enabled Lagoon to produce a boat that is even more welcoming, with a greater level of comfort, and resolutely modern: the result is the Lagoon 400 S2, a nod to its famous predecessors, the Lagoon 410 S2 and 380 S2. 

Like its predecessors, the Lagoon 400 S2 is designed for coastal or ocean cruises. It can comfortably accommodate 8 with its 3 or 4 double cabins, elegantly fitted, spacious interior, and her cockpit and salon on the same level.
