ABYA Training Days RNLI Poole January 2023.

Combining the AGM with formal training, team building, presentation dinner with a good mix of members and other industry professionals delivered once again.

Held at the RNLI Poole (a fascinating place to visit and take a tour round regardless and certainly worth doing for anyone interested in the water/sea) topics covered and discussions opened up a diverse number of conversations as well as being thought provoking.

Covering everything from Mental Health, Lithium Batteries, State of the Industry, Touring the RNLI site to structures built from marshmallows and spaghetti along with the invaluable face to face dialogue and exchange of ideas and handling brokerage situations in a market that is getting ever harder to operate in.

Well worth the investment in time and money to attend.
